Good Hotel near the old town.

The Hotel is near the Train Station , Hauptbahnhof. The breakasf is not included. They give you water to drink and epples. As cortesy. Also coffe in the room. It's possible to park there, if you are travelling by car.

The hotel offers great value for money and a very good breakfast! The staff is attentive, and the receptionist Magdalena was especially attentive. She was always very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, from tips on where to go to the convenience of ordering a taxi when we checked out, which was in the early hours of the morning. The only negative point about the hotel is its location. It is next to two abandoned lots, which gives the impression of a dangerous place.

Clean hotel, nice staff, cozy room, delicious breakfast, near the old town. We wikl be happy to come back.

Great friendly staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Coffee machine was a great touch

Proximity to the city centre is the main advantage of the hotel. Even though hotel itself is in quite shady neighbourhood, it take only few minutes to get to old town. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

I would like to say that I heavily appreciated the friendliness, support and promptness of Markus and 2 other female colleagues in the reception area, plus the breakfast staff (especially Monica). Unfortunately I have quite the opposite feedback on the colleague from the evening on Dec 1st.

The hotel is comfortably furnished, bathroom clean, parking in the courtyard, albeit for a fee but we didn't mind as we were keen to have the car safely parked, great pedestrian access to the town centre, we were pleased with the option to make coffee or tea and pleasantly surprised by the ready bottle of water, all free of charge. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast so can't rate. We would definitely like to visit the hotel again in the future. Thank you for everything.

She helped as much as she could

Very helpful and friendly staff, close to the train station and public transit options. We were able to take railcar and bus to everything we needed. Great value for the price we paid. Room was small but clean.
