I would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I had a good feeling and there was a great atmosphere. The reception areas and lounge areas are so inviting and comfortable and stylish. I loved that everywhere was very spacious and not cramped. It was warm and clean and the interior design was elegant and cosy. Our room was stunning - very quiet with a beautiful Mountain View. Everything was clean and the bathroom and shower were luxurious. We appreciated all the little details like the complementary water, the dressing torches at the bedside, the coffee machine and tea in room, the nice flat screen TV, the spacious room etc. we would love to stay in this hotel again and would certainly choose a Leonardo hotel in another destination. We chose here because of the price, the car parking included, and we read lots of other great reviews about the place. If we had more time, we would have used the spa facilities- pool, sauna, gym. It feels like a boutique hotel. The water and sweets and fruit at reception were also a nice touch. We enjoyed delicious cocktails at the bar. Slightly disappointed with my stay at the hotel. Attractions that made me book in the first place were shut and younger staff in reception were not particularly welcoming. The lady from Namibia however (Samia?) was excellent and others could learn from her people skills. Quality of rooms good.

The Leonardo hotel is a sweet hotel stay in walking distance to the old town of Baden-Baden with free parking on site. It is hidden in a cosy neighbourhood of Lichtental.

I want to thank all of the staff that this hotel have, they were so helpful and friendly and respectful, I hope to visit Leonardo hotel when I come to Baden-Baden again, And It will be my first choice, Thanks to all of the employees 🌷

I really really nice experience despite the fact that everything was being refurbished. Would love to revisit when everything is working as it should.

The stay was nice, room was spacious and had been freshly renovated. Staff were really helpful. The only issue was the air conditioning, which is extremely weak. We had one room at the side of the building where there had been sun the whole day, A/C was never going to cool that down even at max power since this has barely any and the room was a complete Sauna. The other room had no direct sun but A/C never managed to make a noticeable difference. Room orientation was key. This really need checking for the warmer days.

We love the location of this hotel and we are glad it is being refurbished, the pool & gym area needed it!

Good location, spacy and clean room, a set of additional pleasure are available like spa, swiming pool even I couldn't use it, didn't have time; and the main carachteristic is the friendless of the reception desk staff!

Located in a quiet area way from Baden center, it would fit for romantic couples alongside small families, very small gym , troublesome parking car if you come late at night .

Overall excellent hotel , great positive is the pool and sauna, contitioning room!

I had a very nice greenery landscape, the sun was facing my balcony so the room was a bit hot and the AC was not working, otherwise, everything else was fine

I was lucky enough to attend a corporate training along with 12 other colleagues in beautiful Baden-Baden. Long hours of training were interspersed with good food and lovely weather. The bar was our post dinner retreat that was wholly welcome and appreciated.

We are frequent travellers and was very pleased with our stay at Leonardo Royal Baden-Baden. Great hotel in a central but quiet location. Everything was more than satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get parking during the weekends, but the staff made extra parking spaces available. The only complain I have is that WiFi connection was poor in some parts of the hotel room. But overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
