The hotel's facilities are good, but for a 4-star hotel, every room should have bathrobes and slippers.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and resourceful at each, and every time we spoke to them. The breakfast and staff were amazing and the hotel was beautiful, clean and very up-to-date.

Facilities, Hotel and amenities were first class & all staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. Well done a first class hotel experience - Thank you to all your excellent team of staff, nothing was too much to ask and this is a rare commodity.

There were cockroaches in the dinning area and the roof leaked. The bartenders were great and Maya was The Best!!

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Fira staff was amazing! The hotel was clean and a very comfortable stay. It is very close to the metro station and bus stops, there are usually taxis outside if you need to go out exploring or the wonderful staff will call one for you. Thank you to the staff at Leonardo Royal Fira!

I really loved my rom and everybody in the staff . My ohly complaint is regarding som praktikalitets: no drawers flr keeping underware and many other things, no stool to climb up to reach the open space above the safety box etc (only one chair on 4 wheels), ima a short person. Only one plug for 3 electrical things = always a choice between using that plug for the TV, for boiling water for tee or for the big lamp on the floor. All these matters are really easily attended to for the hotel.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the hotel and enjoyed great comfort whilst visiting Barcelona. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and had very good English, compared to our very poor Catalan! The roof top swimming pool was an added bonus, despite being busy, it was an enjoyable way to relax in the afternoon.

The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful on arrival, sorting 2 rooms with a connecting lobby for our family trip. The hotel was fantastic with excellent facilities and located close to good transport links. The rooftop pool was a great addition and the restaurant had a good range of meal options. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet location with great connections to the heart of Barcelona.

We were very impressed with the hotel and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly on arrival where we were offered two alternative rooms which had an adjoining private living area which made our stay more comfortable. The pool area was very relaxing and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira was a great hotel with wonderful staff and a great pool - the urban garden was lovely too. It was an easy metro trip to the Place Catalunya, middle of the city, if you prefer to stay in a quieter area. A short walk to a major shopping mall, and lots of authentic places to eat nearby. Staff are very helpful and the room was spotless when serviced during our 10 day stay.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The restaurant was ok, but nothing special. The pool is small, but good for a quick refreshing dive. However the hotel is way out of the city, so unless you have activities in the area it's not worth it (especially for this price).

Nice stay and very good

Nice and clean hotel, nice staff. The only downside is that the area is not wakable but they are always at the disposition to call you a cab to get you where you need to be.

I would like to say that this hotel is STUNNING and AMAZING! They keep your luggage secured until your check in and that’s amazing! My only negative experience was In the dinning room. In breakfast team there is a skinny lady Like 5’6 with eye glasses who treat her staff and two other guest including my self very rude. We didn’t know that we can’t eat with carry on in the dining area which is fine but the way that she approached to me is unacceptable. I didn’t say anything just I apologized because I didn’t know and I ate out of the dining room. Is very sad because other than that the hotel is stunning! Great customer service and you will feel welcomed. I don’t like to say negative things but the breakfast team deserves a better person who lids the staff without diminishing them.

Marc, at the reception, has been particularly helpful, attentive and everything that a person at the reception of a hotel needs, we arrived and he recommended places to visit, he helped us find a place to eat what we wanted. impressive service and attention.

Overall we had a good experience and stay at the hotel. The check-in went smoothly and we got into our deluxe room. I was surprised to see that we had a common area that was shared by people from another room. So instead of having the couch in our room, it was outside the door where other people could access it. This wouldn’t have bothered me except there was nothing online, on the website, or at the reception desk that lead us to believe we would have a room with a common area. When I went down to ask if we were in the correct room, since I wasn’t expecting the shared space, they said yes, that some deluxe rooms were like that, and told me to enjoy it. We didn’t mind the shared space, only the fact that we weren’t expecting it. That is the only reason I wouldn’t give it the five stars. Besides that, they had an amazing breakfast with a huge variety of quality food, the rooms were very clean, and there was a very helpful lady at the reception desk that made us reservations at a delicious local restaurant and gave us helpful directions to the mall. Also, many people had said that the hotel was in a residential area, but I would say it was more mixed because it had businesses/offices, stores, factories, and residential apartments.

I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews. The facilities were great- lovely pool, fab gym, good food fro breakfast and a beautiful modern hotel. The downside was the distance of it from the main tourist attractions. I was travelling with 2 children and they were sick of at least 15 stops and usually 2 or 3 line changes on the Metro or long bus rides with multiple stops to get anywhere. If you had a car I am sure it would be much better.
