A well appointed hotel close to all major transport hubs, with many points of interest within walking distance. Very polite, very helpful multi lingual staff. A little more expensive than others we could have stayed but it came recommended. I thought we'd booked breakfast within the price but must have misread. An extra 22euros each seemed a lot! Having said all that, we both enjoyed our stay very much.

From start to finish the staff were excellent. Unfortunately I left my wallet at hotel with a number of cards and cash in it. Was returned to me without a penny missing. Perfect location for weekend away

Great location in a beautiful spot by the river. Nearby, there are many different types of restaurants. The train station, tram stops, and many attractions are within walking distance. The rooms have a kettle and a refrigerator, so you can prepare breakfast yourself if you wish. Supplies can be obtained from the store at the nearby Friedrichstrasse station, which is also open on Sundays (all others are closed!). The rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally well designed. There are multiple elevators, so you can reach the floors quickly. A perfect place to stay and a perfect location. Nothing to complain about!

This hotel was in a fabulous location. Cross the bridge from Friedrichstrasse station and you are there. Close to restaurants, Brandenburg gate and easy access to the river and train system. Rooms were a little small with 2 suitcases.

I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel Berlin. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable and got the room at 11 o'clock, although check-in starts at 15. . The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was super friendly, providing me with helpful tips for exploring the area. The room was spotless, not so spacious, but beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for—comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, mini-fridge and tea. The housekeeping team was thorough, and the room was refreshed daily. The location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s within walking distance of several great restaurants, shops, and major attractions, making it very convenient for both leisure and business travelers.

Easy access to transport networks. By the river with plentiful bars and restaurants. Excellent location and within walking distance of major tourist sites. Clean, comfortable room.

Easy check in. Staff really friendly kept our bags until room was ready. Let us in a bit early. Love the free snacks at reception. Nice touch.

Lovely modern hotel in a great riverside location. Surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to all main attractions and city centre. Super riverside walks. Hotel rooms and facilities are excellent.

A nice hotel with a unique style but the AC in the room did not work so it was uncomfortably hot at some points

We chose this hotel because of its location to the main tourist sites in Berlin, plus the rates were very competitive for similar hotels in the City. Overall, we had an excellent stay and the staff at all times were courteous and professional.

Fantastic place to stay for a few days, great location and comfortable stay. All the staff are very polite and helpful, especially the staff at the reception. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. In the evening, after a day of toil in the city, you can relax in the bar and have coffee, tea or other drinks.

Me and my friend really liked the time we spent and this Hotel. We will for sure recommend it to others and im sure we will even come back there while we will be next time visiting Berlin!

we had a confort room but in my view 4* room was extremly small, however we enjoy our long weekend. The location of the hotel for us was the main criteria and we weren't disappointed. For those who travel by public transport is a great opportunity as there is a direct train to Friedrichstraße DB from the main Berlin airport.

Hotel is in walking distance to city landmarks such as Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. It is also close to the tram line and central train station. Our room was very clean. Staff was helpful. Bed could be more comfortable and TV has only a few channels in English (all news channels).

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was AMAZING - so many options! I especially loved the pea spread and chia pudding! The staff from front desk to housekeeping to maintanence were great! And I LOVED my room with the balcony.

First, I love the Leonardo Mitte and every year I come It's my favorite hotel in Berlin. 1 things that i wish you can change is the Gym equipments - it is very poor and every year i go to a fitnesstudio outside in additional charge. check the Leonrdo Royal at the Alexanderplatz - the gym is perfect and very good equipments. another thing that is more important but i was too shy to complain about it is the Mattress in the room -I guess it's too old. Try to sleep on it - it's not soft, it is dragging you down and very hard to sleep.

We don’t know her name but she was on reception around 10am. She was wearing a blazer and her hair was semi-updo. She was really friendly with us and she helped us leaving our luggage in a fast way giving us more time to enjoy the city.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel. Location is great (near a very large train station). Lots of nice pubs in the area. Breakfast is very diverse and rich. Room was very clean and all facilities were on spot. Only bad side are the pillows (too soft) and bed mattress (not of a high quality).
