A fantastic holiday break the Leonardo is not to be faulted.

This hotel was perfect.Room was so nice and I found all staff so helpful and happy.This helps make a perfect holiday.

We spent a long weekend at the Hotel Leonardo. The hotel was apparently full but certainly did not feel like it was. Such a convenient location. Condition of room and the communal areas was very good. Comfy bed, so we slept well. Would stay again

Our stay was lovely and enjoyed the spa (was surprised it’s extra charge though) with lovely Antonia making sure me and my 6 year old had a great time, we even had a massage which my daughter loved. The breakfast and waiting staff came across rather unfriendly and seeing this and the fact it was quite busy, we didn’t bother having food in the hotel. The reception staff was friendly apart from one night where unnecessary drama and upset was caused to all of us especially our daughter when her dad arrived few days after us! This was very badly handled and to my shock the police called!! I had to carry my sleeping daughter down the reception at 1am to diffuse the situation. The police were nice and understanding but the receptionist put us through such trauma all because some misunderstanding that should have been sorted next morning. The supervisor agreed with me but we haven’t been approached by the general manager at all about this in any form of apology. For feedback on another matter , having all that space available around the reception a small kids corner would be beneficial as there’s nothing for kids at the hotel. Not even crayons… so therefore I find the hotel rather family unfriendly. On a positive side as mentioned the room was very specious and a fantastic location.

Everything was good, except for the length of the bed . As a 190cm tall man the bed was too short. It the bed was longer I would definitely stay at Leonardo again.

Money was stolen out of my hotel room by cleaners of the hotel I was very unhappy when the member of staff was confronted she got very panicky and flustered

We stayed at the Leonardo Fuengirola for 10 nights, its a fantastic hotel. In a great location, right across from the beach, its in the heart of all the places to go, with lots of nearby restaurants a. bars. The hotel is clean a. spacious with a lovely attractive interior. Hotel rooms are well sound insulated a. well double glazed so they are quiet rooms a. the balcony views are amazing. The beds are very comfortable. The staff were excellent, very helpful, kind a. experienced a. were always smiling a. helpful. We would definitely go back to this Leonardo a. indeed try any other Leonardo Hotel based on this experience.

Hotel is fine, location really good regarding the beach. A bit old, e.g. air conditioning not well adjustable and blowing directly in the bed. The pillows were quite poor. However, the breakfast was good, cleaning good, quiet environment.

There is no soap for handwash, this is basic at even a low category hotel, very disappointing at a 4 star hotel! No glasses in the room for drinking water or toothbrush, also a must at this category. It is a shame that these small things define our stay. On the other hand the breakfast is exceptional.

Excellent location with excellent staff. Third visit having B&B. This was the busiest time we had stayed but service was excellent. Only disappointment was no apple cake as in past with plenty of choice for chocolate lovers. Still excellent.

I am a regular customer, This is a great hotel to stay in Fuengirola, the staff are always happy to help, the cleaning of the room is to a high standard, my only gripe is that the price of drink in the Pool & lobby bars is very expensive Dave

Natalia on Reception was very helpful and the room attendants were also very helpful and obliging and do a fantastic job. Very pleased overall and would be very happy to stay again and recommend to friends.

Lovely few days and was value for money. However the shower was a bit unpredictable trying to get it at a reasonable temperature We have stayed when it was the Florida a couple of times and our second at the Leonardo. Though missed a happy hour and entertainment but not to worry as we have booked for next year

This is our 5th stay in this hotel, fantastic staff, lovely views from 7th floor, top class cleanliness, wonderful location, can’t wait to return.

Shower was an unpleasant experience as kept going too hot then too cold. Overall though a very pleasant stay :)

We’ve stayed in Fuengirola on multiple occasions, staying in various different hotels and apartments. I’d say this was probably our favourite experience. The room was nice and modern. There’s loads of tv channels for various regions (if you need them). If you get a pool view you can enjoy the sun from early afternoon until night. Our only concern was the amount of ants that seemed to be knocking about. We noticed them on the balcony first. But after a careless bit of food was dropped inside, it wasn’t long before it was surrounded by them. We just made sure we were tidy after that and didn’t let it effect our stay in this lovely hotel.

A lovely hotel with great facilities and lovely staff thankyou. Didn’t get the advantage card advantages as signed up while we were here and we had booked with booking.com. No fault of the staff.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they noticed it was my husbands birthday from his passport and surprised us with cake delivered to our room. The hotel is clean and we had our room freshened up every day. Our room had a beautiful sea view. The room had spacious comfortable bed, large shower, safe and balcony. The only thing was the air conditioning was a bit loud and not overly powerful. The pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds available whenever we went down. The poolside bar had really good cocktails that you could drink whilst laying by pool. Location of this hotel is amazing, right on Fuengirola seafront with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. A great hotel in perfect location with friendly staff :)

lovely hotel with great staff, rooms were great, the bar was very reasonable in price. Only downside is the showers temperamental and the pool mostly in the shade till afternoon. Would recommend, the breakfast especially was fantastic.

The staff in the dining room were all nice and helpful except for one woman who was unpleasant, don't know her name

Lovely hotel - everything was great except thr pool was a but green. I used the spa and had an amazing massage and facial. The pool bar was super and there were always beds available. Housekeeping were great and we had a very comfortable and convenient stay. Thank you

We had a great week at LH Fuengirola, with a fantastic serevice from the fantastic friendly staff. We was there same time last year, and it´s have been a blast both times. This time though, the matresses for the sunbeds at the pool has been removed, which gives a little stress to a wellused back. Especially the grey collered beds are pretty uncomforbly. A suggestion could be, to make a 10€ hound-out fee (as for the tovels) and 5€ money-back on returns. Guess that would be reasonable for many guests, and with a little tag in the corner, where you could note rental date, I think this could work - also for your staff. A sunbed on the beach cost you 10€. We would have spend more time at the pool then, and also more money at the bar ;-), giving you a better business in genreal. Besides that - once again a fantasic stay.

Allocated a room on 3rd floor whilst a good Room it was not suitable for my wife and I. Vanessa at reception kindly sorted things out and we had frontal seaview room. Thanks To Vanessa it made our holiday.

Great Hotel, location fantastic, staff are very good especially Fernando on reception a credit to the hotel. The pool needs an upgrade, it looks murky and uninviting. i think it you tiled the pool it would be great. The water pressure in our room wasn't great. The shower temp was going hot & cold, but the room itself was stunning and would definitely stay again. The views from our room were stunning and the room itself was spotless, the daily maid service was great. The charge to replace your pool towels is ridiculous and this should be stopped. Food & drinks at the hotel bar are good. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel it just needs some minor improvements.
