It would be impossible to pick out just one person as all staff were so lovely and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in the hotel. From all the staff from reception, the restaurant, the bar to everyone else that works there are just fantastic. I would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend for anyone else to stay there.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, lovely bar to relax in and all spotlessly clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great variety at breakfast, really enjoyed the breakfasts. Bottled water, tea and coffee in room, we also were given 2 takeaway breakfasts when we had an early start for a coach trip. I like the fact you put a sign on your door if you want it cleaning, no sign no clean, I like that privacy. Perfect location for Old Town.

Overall very good impressions, I suggest showing off local products during meals. A bit noisy guests in the bar - maybe it's worth considering separating a quiet space.

Due to allergies very difficult to select food at breakfast. 10 min walk to center of old town, near castle, great location. Nice hotel. Don't like that room gets celamed every 3 days unless you put a card out. Replacing toilet rolls, water, coffee etc should be done daily. Lovely walk in shower. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but I'd opt for no breakfast. Many others found breakfast to be good.

When you consider the standard and location of this hotel, it is excellent value for money! Only a short 5 minute walk from Wawel Castle and the Old Town, but in a really nice, quiet location. The hotel is in great condition, clean and tidy and a nice modern decor, and all the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

As we were planning visit Krakow as well as Auschwitz and Wieliczka the place allows us to have easy access to all kind of communication. We were over the moon staying in the Leonardo hotel. The hospitality was high standard.

Four of us checked in for 5 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location, the staff, the food, the rooms, cleanliness etc there was absolutely nothing I could fault with my stay here. It was fantastic. I was very sad to leave and I will definitely be back.

Great location in Krakow Old Town. Tasty breakfast with everything you could need. Nice breakfast bag made up for when we were picked up early for a trip. Couldn't fault it.

Excellent small hotel. Very comfortable and friendly! Great location. As for a room away from the front. Trams can be noisy. Only negative!

Excellent service, superb rooms, and a prime location! A fantastic experience with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the toaster for an even better breakfast experience. Highly recommended

The hotel is in an ideal location and a short walk away from Old Town. The rooms are great and beds are comfortable. The staff are really helpful too.

Fabulous in every way - no complaints - except to say could do with more space for clothes etc as no drawers and tiny wardrobe.

This is a very well positioned hotel located in the old town - be aware that there is another hotel with the same name in the centre. Sat nav took us to the other hotel. 10 minute walk into the Jewish Quarter. All local sites very close by. Easy walking to local sights and a very good tram service - one you understand how the tram system works! If you are planning a trip to Auschwitz on a tour, you would be advised to book ahead. We all stayed in a Cozy rooms which was perfect for a single occupancy. Very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Everything was constantly replenished so no need to panic that the food was going to run out! The only down side was that service was slow at the bar, often only one member of staff manning the bar. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, snuggling up with blankets - a heater would have been much welcomed.

Fabulous Hotel, perfect location right between the Main Square, Kazimierz and a 5 minute walk to Wawel Castle. Very clean hotel, lovely rooms with comfortable beds and well soundproofed. Breakfast starts at 6.30am which is great if you are out early for excursions.There is a vast selection of hot and cold food to choose from. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free chilled water and fruit in reception is a nice touch. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms albeit slightly on the small side. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally situated for old town, the Jewish quarter and the ghetto area all within easy walking distance.

An excellently refurbished hotel with a nice modern atmosphere. I loved the fact that the staff were wearing T-shirts rather than more formal attire. Superb location for the major city attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable but was on the small side. It was difficult to find somewhere to put your suitcases and there was no dressing table or desk space. Breakfast was extensive with a vast array of food to choose from. (The toaster was not very good at all!!) I love the appl;es and water avaikble in Reception. Thoughtful management and really pleasant staff. Thank you

Really lovely hotel, located centrally with a 10 minute walk into the Old Town. Staff were friendly and the place felt very clean and modern. I loved the moon light on the bedroom wall. Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again if I return to the city.

Lovely hotel, great location. Very clean. Rooms are great, some say small but ours was fine. for us two for a city break. Bar area small but cosy. Breakfast was on the more expensive side for Krakow and buffet style, again was fine but not amazing. Good selection mostly. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone. I would say the staff were fine and helped if needed but not overly friendly or didn’t provide much information ( had to ask for breakfast times and check out times) unless asked. Quite a young team though.

I reviewed lots of hotels before picking this one. It is well located just outside old town, 5 mins from good resteraunts, 10 min walk to the castle and ideal for trip collections. Quiet at night, but night life on your doorstep, so great location. Would recommend.

Ideal hotel for the castle and main square, breakfast choice is perfect and the bar courtyard area is very relaxing. The double deluxe rooms on the corners of the hotel are the best!

Well situated. Lovely hotel. Clean a. tidy. Friendly staff. If we return to Krakow will definitely stay here.
