Our stay was really nice, a lot of impressions and Rome is worth every step we did. Dylan from the FO was always friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was very small for a full week stay. Toilet didn’t flush properly Just the do not disturb button didn’t work out We missed a green option. Cause we got fresh towels every day, wich we didn’t need. In the end we will recommend the Hotel and would alsways come back again Thanks to the whole team

noy were the team great they also were proactive anticipating our poarents needs a. offereing a very late chack out at no extra cost . very very much appreciated a. nit taken for granted . To sum it up we stayed in 2 Leonardo locations a. all our rooms were unanimous about the stay a total of 7 parts of the f. . Keep it up Team Leonardo

We had a really nice stay. We stayed for two nights, but we would have stayed longer if we could. Riccardo was really nice during the check-in. He gave us a lot of information about the hotel and especially about Rome. We woud really recommend this hotel and we are definitely coming back!

All staff very welcoming friendly and helpful .. The hotel is close to main line and metro station making all tourist spots very accessible .. Hotel super clean and everything you need for comfortable stay including a lovely rooftop jacuzzi to relax in after a full on day exploring the city.. We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel for two nights. It was more than we could expect. The location is lovely, as are the staff and facilities. Thank you for having us, and I hope to arrive again!

I really liked it, the room was decorated for me and my husband, there were beautiful swans, rose petals, and for my husband and I they gave us a gift in the form of a local Italian bottle of wine, it tasted very good

The hotel was great and the front desk staff was also great. They assisted with our luggage when the airlines lost it and also assisted with booking our tickets to the Pantheon. Overall a great experience.

Loved the hospitality of Antonello!

The hotel and its staff are great. The only thing is the entrance - the folding doors are a hazard, they don't always "see" people and closed on us several times, and the blue staircase is confusing. Would highly recommend thinking about a different solution.

Leonardo boutique Hotel over the top!

Only issues were the entrance stair lighting which blurred the vision of the treads and risers. Also the entrance is not access for people with disabilities friendly. We also reported a couple of bathroom plumbing maintenance items that were acted on immediately.

Well located only 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini. Modern renovation, everything was good quality and worked well. Excellent service from the front desk (thanks Stefano) made our stay much more enjoyable. Breakfast was exactly to our taste, fruit, cereals, meusli, hot dishes, pastries and coffee. Look forward to staying again.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Prime location. Next to Termini train station meant that we had easy access to transport. Hotel staff were lovely, professional, and efficient. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the complementary water and coffee sachets were not replaced.
